Great location for where I needed to be. Nothing outside of the Hotel.

Very Clean and very good staff

− The lobby bar was a bit hidden and no people to serve me. Had to wait for them and same at moment of payment, where i had to call them.

− Our room was way too hot, perhaps it’s because of the lake view broad windows but it never even got better at night when the temperature fell, internet wasn’t fantastic as well

− Breakfast was lacking western foods. Tables not cleared quickly enough either. Oten to find a table i needed to clear a table someone had finished with. the Menu for room service again just lacked a little varity of western foods. But all the food was very good

− The window view. A bridge construction outside don't give a chance to enjoy with window view to a beautiful lake nearby. It's not a problem of the Hotel. But...

No cooling or no ventilation

No ventilation and no cooling so whole night I couldn’t slept. Called on reception 2-3 times and midnight around 1am two handyman came but couldn’t start cooling or ventilation. It was too hot and because of so much glass room was like a sona
