Exceptional value, great for an overnight layover

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice and free shuttle to the airport is great.

Pick this hotel for your layover, it provides a free shuttle bus/van service between the airport and the hotel, with a fixed schedule. It’s recommended to contact the hotel upon landing to reserve a slot for the shuttle service. Overall, it’s a great option. If you’re heading into town, you can contact the concierge to arrange the shuttle; they will drop you at the airport, where you can conveniently connect to the subway. The facilities and cleanliness are good, and you can even enjoy complimentary laundry services.

Initial communication with the Ramada through Booking.com was good, and we were able to use Wechat to contact the shuttle driver and go to our pickup spot. It was also easy to hop on the shuttle back to the airport. I ordered dishes from one of the restaurants, the staff were great and sent the dishes up to the room with the robot (still hot).

− When we checked in, the desk asked me to cancel the reservation because they said our room was not available (converted to a family room because of the bathtub), and they changed the room to a smaller room. I did not mind the change, and they said there would be no cancel fee. We paid for the new room in cash with a discount. BUT on Booking.com, it showed that the cancel request wasn't approved and that we might be charged a fee. I messaged Ramada twice through Booking.com both in English and Chinese, but there was no answer. I didn't want to be charged a fee when the hotel told me that I wouldn't be charged any extra fees. Since we already paid the hotel in cash, I ultimately had to write Booking.com to tell them about the situation and ask them to look into the cancellation.

Very spacious and clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. Good price for what was on offer.

− I was not too sure about the bath having no screen between it and the bed. However, the shower, toilet and sink area were fine.

Savior for long transit flight Journey.

It’s very convenient, I had a long transit at TAO airport, so booked this hotel as it’s very close to the Airport. If you are reaching to the airport in different timings, please call to the Reception to get their free airport Shuttle, the staff helped to arrange a shuttle at 7PM. The airport to hotel is nearly 2kms , It’s 10mins drive,45mins walk, it maybe difficult to go by walk with heavy luggage and since it’s highway roads and new place, better opt for their shuttle. The staff speaks English and they are really friendly, he explained the place , services and restaurants and shuttle timings, please use simple English, they have many payments options, it maybe expensive for one person but convenient then staying too far, the ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant and quiet, it has a robot which is cute, the room is spacious, tidy and comfortable. There are some Chinese restaurants which will close by 8:30PM. I had an early morning flight and I was able to use the free shuttle at 3:50AM without any issues. The driver cannot speak English but he is very polite and helpful, he understands the short English words to communicate. Very happy for finding this hotel.
