Rooms were serviceable
− Hotel address was incorrect in bookings.com, and we subsequently had to travel to 3 Atour hotels in the area to find the right one. When we did find the right one, they haven't entered our booking (or lost it) and had to rebook us into the hotel.
The staff were a bunch of amateurs with with sorting out the booking and assisting us with any issues, such as ordering a taxi for the airport. In the end we left and found our own taxi.
