A good hotel, with helpful staff, great value for money.

Large, clean room with wide windows, comfortable bed, and the best scented shower gel all over China! Very friendly staff, and all in a location close to the Olympic sailing marina and that luxurious Hisense shopping centre, where one can have one of best views over that beautifully illuminated Qingdao skyline in the evening. We were staying for the 2nd time and will surely come back.

A good hotel for staying in Qingdao, in an easily accessible pleasant area

Large, clean room with wide windows, friendly and helpful staff, good location within close proximity of the HiSense top level shopping centre (fantastic views from its rooftop observation area, plus great restaurants) and the Olympic Sailing marina area.

− Not the cheapest, but as it was over the May 1 holidays …

Thankful for the caring staff and hotel amenities. - Assisted to keep Taobao deliveries for a few days - Free hot herbal tea at reception and porridge snack at night for the winter - Huge bed, very warm bath - Extra drinks and biscuits in fridge - Smart robot for doorstep delivery, even when I ordered medication at 4am - Massage spa and 7-Eleven next door

Wonderful stay

The location is right at the center of Qingdao. You can find shopping mall, street food in walking distance. The receptionist didnt speak english but they tried really hard to help you with anything you need. Lu Yao - the receptionist was so so nice, she helped me to book a taxi and even help me to pay by her app so we can get cheapest price. Everyone is so friendly too. The room was spacious, buffet breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

− The location just hard to find on google and they have some other Atour hotel too so its a bit confusing at first to find the right one.

− Washing basin too swallow, no lotion in the room especially winter time is not appropriate. 200m away from the nearest metro station, is far when walk in cold winter time with extremely strong wind blowing.
