Good stay, comfortable bed and good location.

Staff very helpful. Managed to help arrange a delivery as well as giving lots of helpful information. It’s good value for money in the location, bed was comfortable even by western standards. The laundry was good, although having to go partially outside to get to it.

− The gym requires updating, the wet room is a little challenging, could do with some equipment left in the room to help keep some of the water from key areas of the floor. The walls are thin

The Hotel receptionist is very friendly and exceptionally helpful in solving our problems. They even change the room for me because the water from the shower tap was very slow. They help us solve the problem quickly. The room is clean and spacious. The view from the hotel is awesome.

− The hotel is old especially the toilet, need to be refurnish. However, it is very clean. The location is good too, walking distance to the busy street.

Good location, friendly staff, comfy beds, clean and spacious rooms. The rooms were cleaned every day, they also changed the towels every day and provided us with free bottles of water per each person! And they also gave us free souvenir at the end of our stay 😊

Excellent service at a great price. The hotel is located in the most charming part of the city. I stayed for 2 months, and even though January and February are not the best times to visit Qingdao, the service provided by the hotel certainly didn’t leave me wanting for anything. The reception staff were always very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding affordable transportation and accommodating every request I had

− On arrival I got a room with a strong mould smell, the next morning they changed my room and all was fine from that point, it is an old hotel however some of the room refurbished
