Exceptional

The female front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of questions and she did her best to answer them and tried to baidu for us when she wasn't sure. The food in the 2 restaurants were awesome! Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to quite a few attractions. I'm very happy that I read the reviews when I was booking for the hotel.

Convenient and in walking distance to all attractions.

I like the fact that the booking was done efficiently with booking.com and on arrival we just had to give our passports. The parking of a car is a bit troublesome because the hotel don’t offer this service. Yet the receptionist gave us information how to find a suitable long term parking space. The breakfast was really well thought out and the manager of the catering staff was very helpful.

Very convenient location, close to train station and public transport, walking distance to tourist attractions. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very traditional Chinese cuisine which what we want to experience. Dinner at their restaurant is a must! The food is delicious and good value for money.

− Our toilet and the bathroom were clogged. When we flushed the water came up and flooded the floor. However we informed the staff and they came to fix it straight away.

Super convenient location in close proximity to main attractions in Qingdao, lots of restaurants on the street. Also really appreciated the amazing service from staff who facilitated an early check in, a late checkout, and ordered a taxi for us. They were really helpful and friendly. The room itself was also really clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the mini fridge was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good

The location was very good! Just 5 mins walk to the sea and walking area nearby. There is a 7/11 nearby, the taxi I pick up point and some decent cafes to have a dinner out.

Excellent location with free breakfast and mini bar.

The location is excellent. About 10 minutes walk to both train and metro stations and to the pier. Zhongshan road is also vibrant at night. Free breakfast with Western and Eastern options. There is also complimentary beer and Laoshan spring water in the mini bar. Excellent restaurant located at the ground floor.

Superb

The staff was helpful, nice, the room was clean. Great location, close to the train station and to most of the spots to visit. Neither like or dislike, but for good to know for the foreigners, the breakfast is "very Chinese".
