Qingdao Housing International Hotel

Great location and service but bad over price breakfast

Hotel is located by the subway station which makes it very easy to commute around. Many eateries and Luckin coffee and 7-11 is next to the hotel. Staffs are friendly and provided great services

− Lights in the room is not bright in the bathroom vanity area. Coffee is not good. Breakfast is identical daily with limited selection. Food is not warm, especially the warm dishes

A Comfortable Business Visit in Qingdao

The Room is clean and comfortable but we expect to have more glasses, plates, knives, forks, etc. We thought that there will be 2 bedrooms since it is for 4 persons but 2 beds were placed in the living room. It is ok for 3 days but for a longer stay we would need a larger apartment. The location in the middle of downtown Qingdao with view to the Qingdao bay is really nice. At the lobby level, there is a 7'Eleven opened 24/7 which is very convenient, especially when the owner speaks English.

− The Reception staff do not speak English at all and do not seem to be interested to help the non Chinese speaking guests. They did not bother to use Wechat translation to help us!

I'd go back the same building, but prefer the room with a washing machine.

The subway is close to the building, and easy to walk around. The light show every night was awesome.

− Compare to the big studio room, the bathroom was a bit bit small.

Excellent location, good stay

Super convenient location right next to a subway station, and within 5 mins walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall. Very quiet spacious room. Furnishing is a bit dated but well maintained. Good breakfast spread.

− A bit hard to find the lobby as it's blended with a commercial and residential space in the same building. Washing machine in our room had lots of problems running (we often had to restart the cycle as it kept stopping). Although our room had a kitchen, there were no cooking utensils.

Location was perfect between sailing centre and mall

− The beds were rock hard. My whole family found it difficult to sleep and woke everyday with bad backs. My son was competing in a World Championships and chose to sleep on the sofa instead of the bed.

Great location. Great size room. I like the laundry room.. Staffs are very helpful.

− Breakfast is not good and is identical every day. Warm dishes are not warm at all. Coffee doesn't taste good.

ITS PERFECT

I’ve been traveling to Qingdao for business and have been staying at this hotel for the past four years. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good, and the metro station right underneath makes it convenient to reach any part of the city. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips.

PERFECT

I’ve been staying at this hotel for my last four work trips to China, and it’s consistently a great experience. The hotel is well-maintained, with a perfect location that’s close to all amenities, public transport, and shopping areas. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!
