Convenient but not value for money

Adjacent to mixc mall. Service is good. Rather expensive and given the already high price, I didn’t like that they need to collect an additional security deposit equivalent to a night’s price.

− Breakfast is overrated and not worth it as it appears to be a lot, but mostly cheap kind of food instead of international kind of buffet. No seafood, only one fish dish and it was only placed out close to end of breakfast time. Have ice cream machine but not operating.

Overall very good experience

I was extremely impressed by the service of frontdesk, Mr Kenta Goto. At first, I was disappointed when he informed that we won't be able to access the Lounge. However, he immediately upgraded us to a suite and offered buffet dinner for two as apology for the inconvenience. He even took the trouble to visit us at the cafe during dinner to ensure we are happy with the food and drinks. He is indeed very kind and responsible to ensure guests satisfaction. Many thanks to him! Their airport pickup was very on time and vehicle was extremely clean. The location of the hotel is very good and within walking distance to many places of interest.

Beyond Expectation

Superb location, luxury spacious room, great breakfast, and excellent staff. The reception here is friendly and super helpful, they speak English fluently. This was the only place that we can communicate in English in our Qingdao trip! They even helped us talking to the China Customs to confirm the appointment. Without them, we might not have resolved our issues with customs and wouldn't claim our item back smoothly.

Good as usual

Our third time staying here. Everything went well as usual. The hotel is very centrally located and is right beside a big shopping mall. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The hotel smells very good too!

− There is no free self-service laundry room like with most of the newer hotels. This hotel only provides paid laundry service.
