早餐豐富，房間乾淨，服務非常好！其中，特別感謝前臺 申宛灵女士 ，她花了近1個小時時間 陪同我一起與DiDi平台溝通協尋遺失在計程車的重要物品，在退房後也持續來電關心是否順利收到失物，非常貼心的服務幫忙解決問題，真的非常感謝，下次會再入住！

A decent stay outside the city center
The hotel was right next to a metro stop. There was a very nice small mountain that you can visit just across the road. There were plenty of really nice local restaurant just about 15 min's walk northeast next to the university. The hotel breakfast was mainly Chinese style so it was interesting.
− The sound proof inside the room was poor. Our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear people and go at all hours. They also didn't mute or decrease the volume of the robot like most other hotels in the late hours.

After contacting staff multiple time through Booking App messages I got no response.
I was unable to pay by credit card, and staff asked me to pay with Alipay instead. Their card reader was unable to read my ICS credit card (even though Booking.com 'garantees' payment by credit card is possible).
We had a room on 16th floor, sometimes the waterpressure lost during shower, which resulted in either very hot or very cold water. The washer and dryer were good though.
The breakfast was not so enjoyable, lesser quality than other Holiday Inn we stayed at.
The location is good if you need to stay near the congress center, if you are tourist its recommend to stay closer to the city center.
Concluding, for less than 60 Euro per night its fair stay.
Nice and positive
The hotel locates in the mountains. The view is very beautiful, especially on sunset. The staff was very friendly. All the matters can be solved instantly
− The noise from construction site was a bit loud but I use earplugs. It might be uncomfortable for those who sleep without them

地下鉄の枯桃駅のすぐそばで便利です。Booking.comの地図（google mapも）の位置は間違ってるので注意してください。baidu mapで中国語で検索すると正しい位置がわかります。鉄道の出口を出るとホテルの特徴的な外観が見えるので、すぐわかると思います。部屋は広く快適で、窓から見える枯桃花艺生态园も素敵です。朝食はメニューが豊富で美味しかったです。
− 英語ができるスタッフが少ないので、念のため翻訳アプリを準備しておくと安心です。青島の市街地からは遠いです。地下鉄だと、空港へは１時間半、市街地へは１時間程度かかります。青島は地下鉄が発達しているので移動はそれほど大変ではありませんが、終電が早いので注意が必要です。
