Awesome facilities

Super modern, and large rooms. Bed was comfortable, and the staff were super kind. In most cases, they could speak English!

The pool required a swimming cap which we weren’t aware of until we went to go for a swim. I’m not sure if this is customary in China. The breakfast was a bit average, in some cases cold, but minor.

Room temperature control is not possible during the spring season but they gave me a circulator for better condition

Very great deal for a *** hotel!

Great location。 room is very clean and quiet at night. At least of restaurant options in the building. Incredibly reasonable price.

The room temperature which is hot for me is set by the hotel and cannot be adjusted, you either keep the window open or request a fan.

A great, comfortable stay

Friendly and efficient reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Gym was good and had everything needed for a decent workout. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.

Could provide more toiletries - razor and shave cream. Serving drinks to the table at breakfast would be a good touch as there were many staff simply standing around. Lastly, pool is too cold but I notice this a lot in China's hotels. No steam room or sauna that are listed on the website.

Excellent Hospitality & Service. Looking forward to staying again.

The hotel staff at the property are top notch, good decent breakfast & excellent location. The staff Hailey, Summer, Koala, Michael all went out of their way to make our trip memorable & comfortable.

Its an old property but well maintained, may be the entrance & lobby can be more brightly lit up during the evening or night
