Overall very happy. Will use again

Good location. Good staff. large airy rooms. Great breakfast.

− Lack of fridge in room. Some more choice on the TV. Shower gel ran out and was not changed

It was a very good and satisfying stay.

I liked everything, the complimentary water, laundry, breakfast, and the cleaning service.

− I did not like the fact this hotel does not have Hvac available during the warm season. The Room gets really uncomfortable even with a fan provided by the hotel. Second disappointment is the bed I had in the superior room, It is unnecessary to have two beds pushed together and one bed was slumped in and made it uncomfortable to sleep together with my partner.

This hotel has a great location in the center of Chengyang, surrounded by Metro Line 1. The staff are very friendly, and there is a self-service free laundry room. Breakfast is also plentiful, and the guest rooms are clean and tidy

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, I lost our phone on the taxi and they are very supportive to check the camera, contact the police and taxi driver. Finally, the phone is returned. Highly recommend.
